1. When will I receive my digital product?

Immediately after completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

2. How do I access the product I purchased?

After payment, a download link will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Click the link to download your file(s) instantly.

3. I didn’t receive my product. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your download link within 10 minutes:   

•    Check your spam or promotions folder.    •    Make sure you entered the correct email.   

•    Contact us at contact@novaselldigital.com, and we’ll resend your download manually.

4. Are the products refundable?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.Refunds are only granted if:    •    You were charged multiple times for the same product.    •    You received a completely different file than described.    •    A technical issue prevents access and our team cannot resolve it.

5. Can I use your products for commercial purposes?

Unless stated otherwise, our products are for personal use only. If you need a commercial license, please contact us for permission.

6. Do you update your digital products?

Yes! Some of our products (especially software or courses) may receive updates. If you’ve purchased such a product, you’ll receive update notifications by email.
